- This is the one system your company runs on. It replaces the spreadsheets, the email and the shared drive that run it today. It starts from the spreadsheets you already have. You see it working within a week. Ask us about a system.

How buying works
You pay one price a month. You know the number before you start.
You see it working before you decide. Where we can, we show you the thing running on your own information before you buy anything.
There is no set-up fee and no long contract. The number you hear in the first conversation is the number on the invoice.
You can stop with a month's notice. Everything it kept for you stays in your own tools, because that is where it always was.
Your tools stay your tools. The jobs run inside the software you already use. Anything we hold for you is kept in Canada. It is never mixed with another company's.
You get the line in writing. Before anything starts, a plain page says what it does on its own and what it never does without you.
It gets better every month. The fee includes fixes and improvements, so what you buy in March is better by June at the same price.
Who we are
We are a Calgary company that sells across Canada.
Vestfell is run by a small group of people who have run companies and know what it costs an owner to keep one running after hours. That is the test we put everything through before we sell it. If it would not have made our own companies easier to run, it does not go on this page.
The name puts two words together. Vest is Norwegian for west. A fell is a mountain, in an old word that English took from the Norse. We are from the West and proud of it. We sell to companies from Victoria to St. John's.
Most of our customers hear about us from someone we already work with. We'd like to keep it that way.
